Chicken wine is a traditional health-preserving dish of Hakkas in Guangdong. It tastes sweet and delicious, with a slight wine aroma. It has always been regarded as a delicacy that keeps us warm in winter.
On Moon Chicken Wine is personally supervised by the culinary expert Mrs Mic, following the traditional methods of her family (Hakka), using special glutinous rice wine, whole chicken, selected ginger, white back fungus and red dates. Different from the general chicken wine in the market, a large amount of soup wine is added to serve as a single dish or a hot pot soup base.
